RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This competition is opened to female students ONLY
2. Each university can send a maximum of 2 teams.
3. Only first 12 teams will be accepted to join NISE 10.
4. Each team should consist of four to ten people (including percussionist).
5. Each team should choose two songs of different languages, and one of them must be chosen from the list given. Each team strictly needs to provide the slide presentation (recommended in PowerPoint or Flash) to show the English translation for the songs to audience. These slides should be submitted to us before the day of NISE 10.
6. The duration for each performance is 12 minutes. Time and assessment begin when the participants step on the stage until they are off the stage.
7. The performance can be accompanied by minus one or percussion played by team members.
8. Participants can use any gimmick to make the performance more interesting as long as it is not exceeding the time limit.
9. The performance will be assessed based on :

Voice:

Song (selection of songs that meet the theme) : 10 marks

Vocal quality : 10 marks

Singing technique : 10 marks

Diction & pronunciation : 10 marks

Dynamic : 10 marks

Balance/ harmony : 10 marks

Total : 60 marks

Performance:

Attire : 10 marks

Etiquette : 5 marks

Expression : 5 marks

Interactive : 10 marks

Presentation and creativity : 15 marks

Teamwork (Synchronization & coordination of the team) : 10 marks

Video/ script supported : 5 marks

Total : 60 marks
